Maedaya is an Izakaya venue rather than a traditional restaurant, meaning that sushi and sashimi are eschewed in favour of dishes cooked on the charcoal grill. Maedaya opened during Lunch and dinner time from Monday to Saturday.
In the evening, they opened upstairs to allow customer enjoy them self for the charcoal barbecue with some of their signature dishes such as "tsukune" (chicken ball skewer), wagyu beef and etc.
