Lindt - Macaroons

Over the weekend, we went to Lindt Cafe on Collins Street to have some macaroons after seeing some on Masterchef Australia.

Macaroon is a small round cake which is crispy on the outside but smooth and soft in the middle with filling. They can come in different flavours.

We ordered Strawberry, Blackcurrant, Chocolates, Vanilla and Hazelnuts. They are not very sweet and I really like the crunchiness on the outside and soft inside where it just like eating jelly with the flavour inside.
