Yee sang is a dish which can be commonly seen during Chinese New Year and it serve with raw fish (usually salmon), mixed with shredded vegetables and a variety of sauce. As you can see below I've posted 2 picture that I tried in Melbourne during Chinese New Year.
Both of the yee sang ingredient is the same but just that the sauce they used is a little bit different.
This is exactly how yee sang look and taste like those I ate in Malaysia last time. We bought this from Rasa Malaya Restaurant which located at Doncaster East.
This is obviously the Hong Kong style where we ate at Shark Fin Inn Restaurant. Both are nice i can say but the result and taste are basically different.
